You’ll also have access to my very own creative, intuitive and deep-thinking ‘Super-Brain’; I’ll be thinking of you, problem solving, encouraging you and supporting you in-between sessions.

In order to give you clarity over what might feel like a complicated or overwhelming process, here’s an overview of what to expect (and not expect) when working with me:

What I DON’T Do

  • I don’t see clients cooped up in an office and my approach is somewhat unconventional. But you will get the very best from me this way and it has proven to be incredibly effective (as well as popular).

  • I don’t churn over a busy production-line of one-to-one clients; I purposefully give my undivided attention to a limited few, with incredibly supportive packages.

    This means that the support doesn’t have to end when your session does.

  • I don’t just give you strategies to ‘firefight’ the challenges you face, but rather I teach you how to prevent these issues in the first place.

    Together we help you to build the correct underpinning foundations for you to swiftly overcome whatever issues you are facing.

  • I never promise an over night wonder-cure. If you want a ‘quick-fix’ to a particular challenge you’re facing, I’m probably not the best person for you.

    My passion and goal is in root-cause exploration and resolution (and you’ll soon discover that this is what actually brings the smoothest results).

  • Aside from the limited number of 30 minute free consultations that I allocate within my diary, I don’t offer free advice or ‘brain-picking’;

    I practice what I preach as a Highly Sensitive person myself in that healthy boundaries and respect for our precious energy levels is vital.

    This ensures that I am always able to give the best of myself to my paying clients.

What I DO

  • I offer support packages designed for optimal engagement and minimal resistance or overwhelm.

    This is achieved by either conducting the sessions as ‘walk and talks’, or online sessions that are visually engaging, in the comfort of your own home.

  • I purposefully take on only a limited number of clients each week, so that I can give my very best to everyone.

    A key part of this includes the WhatsApp Support Zone, which is especially loved by my clients.

  • I give you the tools, insights and empowerment to make LASTING and SIGNIFICANT changes that get to the root of the problem.

  • I break down the process of change/evolution into clear and logical stages, based on the situation you’re facing.

    This makes the goal of creating permanent change both transparent and achievable.

  • I use a laser-focussed approach to help you meet realistic and specific goals as seamlessly as possible.

    We need to zoom in on one key area at a time, or else the process gets overwhelming and messy for all of us!

  • If you’re unsure whether or not you are ready to work with me, or if you have a particularly complex situation, I can offer you an intensive ‘taster’ session.

I’m here to help you achieve significant and long-lasting change.

HOW I WORK

I recommend my PACKAGES of support, rather than just ‘sessions’, as the in-between contact, advice and additional material, is what really speeds up the process of change.

However I do have a ‘sessions only’ option for those who need a more affordable option and who are confident that they can keep momentum and accountability going by themselves. Please ask me for details.

How long will you need to see me for?

The short answer is that usually a minimum of 4-8 weeks are needed. For some it’s less, but for others it might be a lot more. It does of course largely depends on the complexity of your situation.

Many people choose to work with me long-term as an ongoing self-care and mental wellness commitment, but in these financially insecure times often don’t want the pressure of being tied into a contract.

I get it- and I’m pleased to offer you the flexibility of only having to commit to 4-weeks of support at a time.

I will let you know how many weeks of support you are likely to need in order to reach your desired goals. And you will always have the option to ‘pay as you go’ in 4 weekly chunks/bundles.

Please note that (usually) a minimum of 8 weeks support is needed to achieve meaningful change. After this I will recommend that you sign up to my great value maintenance and support package to ensure that everything continues to move forwards.

What you get with each 4-Week Intensive Support Bundle:

  • 4x one-to-one sessions by phone, ‘walk and talk’ or using the online platform that you feel most comfortable with.

  • A post-session summary where relevant with recommended next steps.

  • A pre-session check-in opportunity, so that you can share any updates, successes and concerns.

  • Expert insights, feedback and action-steps specific to your exact needs and situation.

  • The empowerment and encouragement to start making changes IMMEDIATELY

FEE for 4 week intensive support package: £597.

I usually recommend at least 8 weeks of support. Once we’ve got you to the desired goal, I recommend ‘Maintenance’ Sessions which cost £99 (or if you sign up for 12 months you get 2 of them for FREE). These are recommended on a fortnightly or monthly basis.

Hopefully this means that ongoing support and accountability feels achievable for you, as there is no better investment and peace of mind in these ever challenging times.

Intensive Support And Transformation Package

This 6 month intensive option gives you no excuse but to get to the flourishing and emotionally secure destination that you currently dream of.

This support package will leave no stone unturned and gives you the accountability to ensure that all changes are long-lasting and bad habits don’t sneak back.

This includes:

  • As above but with 16 x one-to-one sessions

  • 6 months of ongoing access to me via WhatsApp for additional support and contact.

Fee: £2497 (I can also accept payment plans at no extra cost).

Taster Session Available

I also offer one-off taster sessions at a cost of £147 for a 60 minutes power-session together (session only).

These are great if your situation is more complex and you have a lot of information to share, or need a bit more clarity on the best way forward.

If you are just looking for advice at this point in time, then this could be a great option and starting point.

This is also a good option if you are considering a longer term package. It’s a long time to work together so it’s important to me that we can agree on clear goals, as well as for you to feel comfortable and excited about making that investment.

WhatsApp Support Package

Some of my clients find this a better option as it better fits their busy life and/or best matches their preferred learning and communication style.

You can opt to do this as a standalone package to kick-start some changes and get on a good track, or you may want to do this ongoing for a few months depending on your needs and budget.

This 4 weeks of intensive support via WhatsApp includes:

  • A 1:1 Power Hour by phone to discuss and agree on realistic goals for the next 4 weeks

  • A Personalised Plan Of Action following on from our call

  • A weekly WhatsApp check-in to monitor and discuss progress

  • Ongoing access to me for questions, queries and support with managing challenges that arise.

    FEE (4 week WhatsApp Package): £497

One-Off Intensive Session:

I also offer a 90 minute intensive session via zoom, where we will explore your main areas of concern and identify some key actions you can take NOW to really kickstart some significant changes.

You will also receive a personalised action plan with recommendations emailed to you after the session. This will be such a valuable document for you.

FEE: £197
