I’m based in Cheltenham UK, as well as seeing clients very successfully Online.

Whatever situation you are facing with your highly sensitive child, whether that’s a sleep issue without an end in sight, you’re worn out by their ‘tantrums’, ‘meltdowns’ or anger, or maybe you’re struggling to overcome an issue with food, school, friendships, low confidence or any other issue….

Let’s get the ball rolling! It really doesn’t have to stay this way; with the right pathway you’ll discover that change is very much possible.

Please use the form below to inquire about my availability and to request your free 30 minute phone consultation.

It will be really helpful if you could also give me an overview of your situation and what you’d most like support with.

With clients working very successfully with me from places as far flung as Australia, Thailand, Saudi Arabia and USA , there is nothing to stop you from doing the same. I have a range of options to meet different objectives, budgets and challenges.

I will give you the tools, insights and empowerment to make LASTING and SIGNIFICANT changes that get to the root of the problems you face. With my laser-focused approach you can expect to meet realistic and specific goals as quickly and seamlessly as possible.

Your success means an awful lot to me

I don’t churn over a busy ‘production-line’ of one-to-one clients; I purposefully give my undivided attention to a limited number of clients each week, with incredibly supportive packages. A key part of this includes the WhatsApp Support Zone, which is especially loved by my clients.

This means that the support doesn’t have to end when your session does (a lot of the magic happens over on WhatsApp in-between!).

It also means that I never sign up anyone if I don’t believe they’re ready, or if I don’t think I’m the best person to help.

Working with me will be a unique experience; being Neurodiverse and Highly Sensitive myself, I bring a lot to the table.

You’ll also have access to my very own creative, intuitive and deep-thinking ‘Super-Brain’; I’ll be thinking of you, problem solving, encouraging you and supporting you in-between sessions.

Quite often parents with highly sensitive children are curious about whether it could actually be autism (Asperger’s). If this is you then rest assured that you’re in exactly the right place to thrash out those questions; just fill in the form below and I’ll look forward to exploring this with you.

“Sarah’s ongoing guidance, forward thinking and understanding has been unfathomable...

She creates a sense of shared responsibility and investment in the process, with remarkable warmth, acceptance and empathy”.
— Tristan Glover, Gloucestershire

Now Offering ‘Walk and Talks’!

A therapist and client stood in beautiful surroundings with their arms thrown up in the air looking empowered

I don’t see clients cooped up in an office; this is neither the optimal environment for myself or for Highly Sensitive families.

So if you’re fortunate enough to be local to me in the Gloucestershire area and would prefer to meet in person, then you are in for a treat! (Please note that these sessions are extremely popular, so the more flexible you can be the better).

Working with Sarah we’ve managed to turn our child around by understanding his needs and adapting our parenting skills to work for a highly sensitive child.

Now the outbursts are only occasional (whereas before it was several a week!). This has been a game changer and our son is a happier and calmer child.

Online Parenting Support

The great news is that if you’re further afield or just need the convenience, comfort and flexibility that online platforms can offer, I can also provide engaging and effective support online. Please note that we can have either the camera on or off; I am fully inclusive and supportive of whatever approach works best for you.

My approach is somewhat unconventional, but you will get the very best from me this way and both my ‘walk and talks’ and online sessions have proven to be incredibly effective and popular.

WhatsApp Support

As part of a parenting package I always set up a WhatsApp Support Zone (or equivalent messaging service) for any queries, moral support, advice, updates and questions in-between our sessions.

This is really where the magic happens as we can tackle things as they arise, as well as celebrate your parenting wins!

As humans, none of us are designed to go through challenging moments alone. The more connected YOU can feel to someone who really GETS IT, the more readily and confidently you will be able to get things on track with your parenting. This hugely speeds up progress.

We as parents have learnt so much from Sarah and our family has benefitted as a whole. The contact via WhatsApp in-between sessions has been excellent... We would recommend without hesitation
