Parenting Support Package

Parenting a highly sensitive child can leave you constantly second-guessing yourself. You may find yourself wondering:

Am I responding in the right way?

Should I hold the boundary or give them space?

Why does something so small lead to such a huge reaction?

How do I support them without walking on eggshells?

Why do the things that work for other children seem to make things worse for mine?

This is where I can help!

£997: 4-Week Intensive Parent Support Package

This is my more intensive level of one-to-one support for parents who don't simply want another list of generic parenting strategies.

Instead, we'll work together to understand your child, your relationship with them and what is happening beneath the behaviour and then translate that understanding into practical changes you can make in everyday life.

You'll have my full framework, personalised guidance and ongoing support as you put it into practice.

You don't have to figure it all out on your own.

One of the biggest benefits of working with me is that our work doesn't stop when the session ends.

I'll be thinking about your situation between sessions, looking at the bigger picture, helping you make sense of what's happening and giving you fresh perspectives when you're stuck.

You also have somewhere to turn when something happens in real life and you're thinking “how do I best respond to this?”.

What's included:

  • 4 x 1:1 Parent Sessions

Four focused sessions together, tailored completely around your family.

We'll explore the challenges you're experiencing, what's driving them, and the changes that are most likely to make a meaningful difference.

Sessions can be online or, where appropriate, as a walk and talk.

  • My signature course: A Safe Space to Land

You'll receive lifetime access to my complete self-study course/roadmap.

This gives you the complete underlying framework and practical tools, including how to:

  • Understand your highly sensitive child's nervous system and emotional responses

  • Reduce the frequency and intensity of meltdowns, worries and upsets

  • Respond in ways that help your child regulate rather than escalate

  • Build the five core beliefs your child needs to develop confidence and emotional security

  • Create an environment where their sensitivity can become a strength

  • Make boundaries and consequences work with a highly sensitive child

The course gives you the big picture.

Our sessions make it personal to your child and your family.

  • Personalised Action Plans

After each session, you'll receive clear, practical recommendations so you know exactly what to focus on next.

No enormous list of things to change.

We'll identify the most important next step and make it manageable.

  • WhatsApp Support Between Sessions

You won't have to wait until our next appointment if something comes up.

You'll have access to me via WhatsApp for ongoing support, questions, clarification and encouragement as you implement what we're working on.

This is light-touch support rather than unlimited messaging, but it means you have somewhere to turn when real life inevitably throws you a curveball.

  • Pre-Session Check-Ins

Before each session, you'll have the opportunity to tell me what's happened since we last spoke, what's improved, what hasn't and what feels most pressing.

I'll read this carefully before we meet so that our time together is focused on what you actually need, rather than spending the session getting me up to speed.

My experience, perspective and 'super-brain'

I'm not simply listening to you and giving you generic parenting advice. I'll be thinking about your family between sessions, connecting the dots, exploring what's underneath what you're seeing and coming back to you with fresh ideas, perspectives and solutions.

Being highly sensitive myself, I also understand how important it is that support feels safe, collaborative and non-judgemental.

This isn't about becoming a perfect parent

There is no perfect response to every situation. And you don't need to become a completely different parent.

The aim is to help you develop a much deeper understanding of your child, as well as confidence in yourself. So that instead of constantly wondering “What should I do?”, you gradually develop the ability to think:

I understand what's happening here. I know what my child needs. And I know how to respond.”

That shift can be enormously powerful!

What we'll work on

Your support will be completely personalised, but depending on your family, we may explore things such as:

  • Emotional regulation and big feelings

  • Meltdowns and explosive reactions

  • Anxiety and excessive worry

  • Sensory overwhelm

  • Sleep difficulties

  • Separation anxiety

  • School-related struggles

  • Boundaries and behaviour

  • Confidence and self-esteem

  • Perfectionism

  • Fear of failure

  • Friendships and social difficulties

  • Parent-child connection

  • Your own responses and triggers as a parent

  • How to support your child's sensitive nervous system

  • Creating an environment in which your child can genuinely thrive and be their best self.

We don't try to tackle everything at once.

We'll identify what's most important for your family and work from there.

What happens after your first 4 weeks?

Four weeks gives us a strong period of focused support, but every family is different.

For many parents, this initial period is enough to create a significant shift. They feel clearer about what is happening for their child, more confident in how to respond, and equipped with the tools and understanding to continue making progress independently.

If you're in that position, you can simply continue using the course and, whenever you feel you need a little extra guidance, book individual 60-minute support sessions for £197. As an existing client, you'll also receive priority booking.

For other families, particularly where there are several interconnected challenges or where deeper change is needed, it can be beneficial to continue for another four weeks. This gives us the consistency and space to build on the initial work, tackle the next layer of challenges and really embed the changes we're making.

If further support would be beneficial, we'll discuss this together and make a plan for the next stage. There is no expectation that you commit to ongoing support indefinitely.

The choice will depend entirely on what feels right for you and your family at that point.

My goal is that you finish our time together not only with practical tools, but with something much more valuable:

A deeper understanding of your child and the confidence and empowerment to know what to do with it.
